How does the 14-day free trial work?

Sign up with your business details — no credit card required. You get full access to every feature in the Growth plan for 14 days. After that, pick the plan that fits your business or cancel with one click. We never auto-charge without you choosing a plan.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees. Cancel from your billing settings and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period. Your data stays exportable for 90 days after cancellation.

Do I own my business data?

Absolutely. Your sales, products, customers, and reports are yours — always. You can export everything to Excel or CSV anytime. We comply with regional data protection laws and never sell or share your data.

What if my internet goes down?

Is Tranzo POS tax-compliant?

Yes. Once you connect your tax authority credentials, every sale automatically generates a fiscal receipt with QR code, fiscal device number, and invoice number. You stay compliant without thinking about it.

Do I need special hardware?

No. Tranzo POS runs on any phone, tablet, or computer with a browser. For receipt printing we support standard 58mm/80mm thermal printers via Bluetooth or USB. Our barcode scanner works with any USB or Bluetooth scanner.
